PostSubject: earring problem   earring problem Icon_minitimeThu Jun 18, 2009 1:55 am

Hi,
I am not a beader so I need all the help I can get.

The picture I have attached is of one earring in a pair that were made for me. The bead is a wooden bead that was hand-painted with my grandson's football logo.

My problem is the bead rotates on the headpin when I wear them. I would like the bead to stay so that the logo is out front towards my face.

Is there something I can use inside the bead with the headpin to keep the bead stationery?

Thanks.

perhaps if you put some crazy glue gel on the inside, then put it on the headpin?

The most common injury occurs when wearing hoop earrings during athletics and dancing. If a hoop is accidentally pulled or gets caught on something, the hoop can tear the earlobe neatly in half.

Make an oval headpin, it is perfect rounded and it lets them move around! An oval one I think should do the job!

I don't think I have even seen an oval head pin, thank you for that. I will keep my eyes open for those. Wink
