Its really easy though if you have the time and patience. I know it took me a while to figure all the different ties out but I went to the library and had a book ordered for me for free that showed me different ties on hempy knots and such. You could always just try Walmart in there arts and crafts section if you wanted to start out cheap with hemp

oh yea.. big time. That is where I started. They have a very wide range of craft items. I also go to A.C.Moore and Joann's Fabrics. Awesome stores.

I was looking online for some more ideas, and they have free PDF's for braiding also. It is a nice skill to have. Very easy once you start getting going, and if really get into it you can get creative with the different colors and mix styles. Hope to see some people experiment and post their work.
